Arrival & Departure

Check-in time and check-out times are 2:00pm and 10:00am respectively.

For arrival times outside normal office hours, we have a secure key access system and instructions will be forwarded well before your scheduled stay.

Reception Hours

Reception is open between 7:30am and 8:30pm.

After hours number is available in case of emergencies.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made up to 7 days prior to the booked date incur a small administration charge. Cancellations thereafter will result in the total amount for the booked accommodation being charged. We encourage all travellers to have insurance to cover those unexpected disruptions beyond the individual’s control - for peace of mind.

Payment Options

We accept cash, EFTPOS, Visa, Amex & Mastercard. Note: A 3% charge is additional on credit card transactions.
